How long till my new website is ready?
We will create an initial page with your logo, business name, address and phone number with in two business days. You provide us an outline on the pages, content and images you would like us to use and the general design guidelines. Your website will be completed with in 30 to 45 days.

Can I cancel anytime?
We think it's important to offer this service with out a long term commitment and you can cancel at anytime.

Will I own my website?
You own your content and images provided for the website and your domain name. We will provide you with an archive copy of the website design and code for your use after your first 12 months of being a subscriber. If you cancel prior to 12 months we will provide you a zip file of the images and content you provided but not the design and development code for your website. This is to protect the time we invest up front in the design and development of your website.

How do the updates work?
You email us updated content, images, etc up to once per month and we make the changes in 1 to 2 business days per page of updates. If you have something that needs to be updated right away feel free to email us and we'll get it updated as soon as possible.

What about new content and pages?
You email us the new content, images and outline of the page up to one or two pages per month depending on your plan and we will create your new page with in 7 to 10 business days. If you have something that needs to be setup right away feel free to email us and we'll get it updated as soon as possible. As you add pages to your website you will move up to the next subscription plan as you exceed the pages of your current plan.

Will my site look dated after 12 months?
We will incrementally update your website each year to keep it looking sharp and professional using the latest web design trends and technologies.

What if I need something custom for the website?
We can create anything you can dream up. We will do our best to accomodate your request as part of your subscription. Some items may require a one time fee if they are complex. We'll always quote everything up front that is outside your subscription plan.
